What is the payment process?
PAYMENT PROCESS
When you receive your booking contract, the advance payment will be 7% of the stay + registration fee (stay of less than 4 weeks will be 25 EUR , more than 4 weeks the registration fees will be 75 EUR).
This payment is by credit card or possibly by bank transfer (sending proof of the transfer within 48 hours).
The exact amount of the deposit will be indicated in your contract (see also example below).
The balance will be payable to the owner upon arrival, you will pay the rent for the first 4 weeks. Rents will be payable following every 4 weeks.
The garantee renting of 4 weeks rent has to be paid 15 days before your arrival. This will be refunded at the end of the stay if the owners get their property in the state in which you received.
Example
Stay of 12 weeks
rent = 500 EUR / 4 weeks
Price per stay = Eur 1500.00
+ Fee = 75.00 Eur
Total = 1575.00 Eur
Deposit 7% of the stay + 75 Eur fees payable = 180 Eur when confirming the contract
Balance (1575 Eur - 180 Eur) = Eur 1395.00
465 Eur to pay the landlord every 4 weeks
+ 4 weeks garantee renting = 500 Eur refundable at end of stay
