Independent twin (double bed possible) apartment (50m2) located on the 3d floor in a house who lives a nice landlady. The landlady speaks english, french and dutch.

4 rooms : furnished kitchen (little fridge, oven, micro-waves, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, dishes,...), bathroom (shower, WC, washbasin), bedroom (desk, shelves) at the back, dining- and livingroom. A big wardrobe in the hall giving on the bathroom.

Occasionnally visit = 12 Eur/night.

No washing-machine but a laundry at 50m. Central heating.

Location : Av. Voltaire - 1030 Bxl. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby

Access : Tram 7 (to North, Heyzel, Montgoméry, ULB and south), 55 (to Centre), 92 (to Schaerbeek station, centre and South) - Bus 58 (to Vilvorde and Yser), 59 (to UE Institutions), de lijn 272 to the airport. Schaerbeek station at 1km.
