Nice bedroom (20-25m2) situated on the 3d floor in a particular house where owners live downstairs

Bedroom furnished with a double bed (FOR ONE PERS. ONLY), a dressing, a living-room corner, a desk. Kitchen (fridge, freezer, micro-waves, oven, 2 élect. hotplates, dishes, kettle, toaster, etc...) + bathroom (shower + washbasin) to share with 2 other tenants. Separated WC to share. Occasionnally visits allowed in the week-end. Woodfloor. Double glasing. Washing-machine (the landlady takes care of the linen). Cleaning necessary. Ironing necessary. Central heating.
